Alstern Solicitors is a Solicitor firm based in Canary Wharf, London opening a new branch in Birmingham City Centre to meet the needs of its clients in West Midlands and nearby. We are looking for a candidate who has at least 2-years experience in Immigration Law to deal with the following:

- FLR (FP) Applications under Human Rights

- ILR Applications

- Asylum Claims

- Entry Clearance Applications, ie: Child Settlement, Spouse, Family Reunion…

- Naturalisation and Registration Applications

- Asylum Claims

- Passport Applications

- Liaising with the Home Office and third-parties, ie: barristers, GP practices…

Preferable experience but not required in:

- Sponsor Licence

- PBS Applications

- Administration Review

- Pre-action Protocol Letter

- Bail

- Grounds of appeal and Preparation of appeal bundle

Required skills:

- Strong team-working

- Managing your own case workload

Further information:

- 9AM-6PM Monday to Thursday (with 1 hour lunch)

- Bonuses and commission

- Immediate start

- Travel to London head office if necessary

- Full-time, Part-time, flexible

Salary: £20,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
