Implementation and Event Project Manager (Inside IR35)

Contract Term: 6 months

Contracting Authority: Homes England

Location: UK Home Based (1 day per month in London or Coventry office)

We are recruiting an Implementation and Event Project Manager to join Homes England, initially for 6 months. You will join a workstream with a requirement to effectively manage key stakeholder and project delivery relationships.

As a Project Manager, your main responsibilities would be:

  • Production of Launch Plan and Sequence of Events
  • Transparent and regular reporting of status, finances, risks and issues
  • Producing well maintained project workbooks, detailing a well-defined, up-to-date, trackable, and sufficiently detailed plan.
  • Effective stakeholder and workstream management through weekly workstream working groups which look at progress to date
  • Risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies and decisions management

You’ll have:

  • Recent experience planning and delivering large scale data migration solutions in a complex environment.
  • Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills
  • High level of attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to communicate effectively across all levels in the organization
  • Ability to develop effective working relationships
  • Finance background

Any rates of payment quoted will reflect the gross rate per day for the assignment and will be subject to appropriate taxes and statutory costs. As such the payment to the intermediary and your income resulting from this contract will be different.

Please be aware that this role can only be worked within the UK and not Overseas.
