We want to grow and develop our next generation of talent in the following areas:

  • Investment Management (Jersey and Guernsey, Birmingham, London, Manchester and Southampton)
  • Research (London only)

You will join as an Investment Graduate trainee on a two year programme, where we will give you all the skills you will need to progress within the organisation, lots of opportunities to learn and practice new skills, whilst you study to attain a technical qualification, the Investment Advice Diploma, level 4.

Those successful applicants will be assessed across 4 different stages; 1) Cover sheet and questions; 2) Video interview; 3) Psychometric testing and 4) In person interview.
