The role is a Fixed Term role until May 2024

The role of an Investments Operations Officer is to manage and support the Assets and Investments team to achieve their goals such as successfully managing a portfolio including traditional market rent and grey market rent portfolios, mortgage rescue portfolios, student portfolio, operating leases, commercial property and new business opportunities.

As part of the role, you will be assisting the team to achieve success across the portfolio which involves meeting budgets and providing customers with an exceptional service exceeding their expectations.

As an Investments Operations Officer you will be expected to travel to carry out regular site inspections located between Inverness and Plymouth. Site inspections will involve checking the standards of our properties are at a high level, you will also be expected to ensure all compliances are being met.

You will have experience working In the Property industry performing a similar role in housing management, the ideal applicant will have great people skills and enjoy building working relationships with customers/clients to provide an outstanding service.
