Blackcircles.com is currently seeking to appoint a Business Analyst as part of the business’s next phase of international growth. Working closely with the IT Team and all functional teams within Blackcircles International entities (so far today Canada, South Africa, Egypt, and more to come), this person will play a key role in the analysis and creation of business requirements to define changes to the core business processes and systems within Blackcircles International. The IT Business Analyst will contribute to enhance the quality of IT products and services to improve adoption and business efficiency.
The right candidate for this role will be extremely collaborative, enthusiastic, driven and have a good eye for detail. To be successful as a Business Analyst you must have good analytical skills, a logical thinker with strong oral and written communication skills. An ability to work with different teams across the business and build relationships with all stakeholders, mostly remotely.
Key Skills and Responsibilities:
· Collaborate with business stakeholders to analyse and write detailed business and functional requirements to improve the International eCommerce platform (in-house developed CMS, OMS and garage portal) and to buy or build technological solutions adapted to business needs,
· Communicate detailed requirements to the technical team for implementation,
· Regularly update all stakeholders about roadmap progress and in general state of the stack,
· Work closely with the IT Team throughout the development lifecycle of all changes and make sure the changes meet expected results,
· Define comprehensive test cases for the successful user acceptance testing of all changes,
· Test yourself and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure that all developments have been tested thoroughly before implemented in production,
· Train platform users and contribute and produce documentation on the changes made to the platform,
· Monitor and report on platform SLAs. Define, share and manage the eCommerce platform roadmap with Blackcircles International management team and all stakeholders,

Key Personal Criteria
· Experience of working in a Business Analyst or similar role preferably within the eCommerce industry
· Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly articulate detailed requirements,
. Excellent communication and team working skills, in a fast-paced environment with small and remote teams,
· Good organisation, project management and time management, ability to work on multiple projects concurrently and be able to manage the priorities within your workload,
· Proactive and driven attitude,
· Understanding of web technologies
· Ability to adapt to an ever-changing environment,
· Ability to work with remote teams with different cultural backgrounds,
· Strong written and verbal communication in English and ideally another language (French).
· Some international travel
