Description
This newly created role will see your main focus be on recruiting permanent hires into our IT teams. You will spend time understanding their structure and the skill sets required for each job and provide the Hiring Manager with a diverse and experience lead shortlist. As well as working on IT roles you will also be supporting hiring Managers across the business ranging from Marketing/Finance/Sales, Customer Service and Director level appointments.
Duties and Responsibilities
Arranging meetings with hiring managers to understand the role specifications and qualifications, putting together a recruitment & interview strategy, making suggestions on testing at interview stage
Create attractive adverts to post onto multiple job boards
Prepare a recruitment strategy for each role, share timelines with Hiring Managers
Utlisie multiple job boards to attract talent into the business
Create LinkedIn projects to build candidate pipelines both active and passive candidates
Work with the Talent Acquisition Manager on I&D initiatives to ensure there are diverse shortlists for all roles
Hit or exceed the direct sourcing target set
Liaise with HRBP’s to build a timeline of future roles and start to build a talent pipeline
Check responses from adverts and telephone interview shortlisted candidates
Working closely with the Talent Acquisition Manager to maximise visibility of People’s Partnership through an employer brand building project
Pre-screen potential candidates over the phone or MS Teams to discuss and question their suitability for a position at People’s Partnership.
Provide candidates with constructive feedback following hiring manager review or interview.
Provide market insights to the business when needed on candidate market and salary
Manage the recruitment inbox and respond to emails in a timely manner
Update recruitment system, spreadsheet and documents when necessary. Ensuring the information is accurate and up to date
This role will suit a Recruitment Consultant within an agency looking to move internal or a Internal Recruiter looking to move to a supportive and people focused company. Your IT recruitment skills will be fully utilised as well as you gaining experience within other areas of the business.
