Italian Customer Service Agent (Payment Collection)

Job Requirements

• Native Italian written and spoken (a second European language is an advantage)
• Experience in debt collection a plus
• Good organisational skills
• Minimum 20 wpm keyboard speed.
• Good knowledge of MS Word/Excel
• Communication skills and the ability to remain calm in all situations.
• Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet deadlines

Key Responsibilities

The main role of a customer service collection agent is to communicate with customers, usually via email, live chat, text messages and telephone, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts. Liaise with warehouse, product marketing and service teams as required.

Report weekly on KPIs and suggest areas for improvement across the business.
