Key Responsibilities
The main role of a customer service collection agent is to communicate with customers, usually via email, live chat, text messages and telephone, to resolve delinquent accounts and collect payment on debts. Liaise with warehouse, product marketing and service teams as required.
Report weekly on KPIs and suggest areas for improvement across the business.
