JasperRose are partnering with a multi-million turnover luxury retail brand, who are looking for a Finance Analyst to join their team in Central London (hybrid, 3 days in the office) on a 12-month fixed-term contract. Working for this globally renowned brand, this is a newly created role as a result of growth, there will be the opportunity for this role to go permanent.
You will be working in the commercial finance team and will take ownership for one of their most profitable entities. The role will involve leading the month end close, reviewing cost centre reports and also holding monthly review meetings with key budget holders to review actuals & forecasts.
Responsibilities will include:

• Undertaking month end procedures including journals, accruals and prepayments for one entity
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders including attending monthly meetings with to present risks and opportunities across cost centres
• Weekly and monthly KPI reporting including sales and headcount analysis
• Supporting with the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for the entity
• Working alongside the Senior Finance Business Partner to prepare the monthly P&L

The successful candidate will be CIMA/ACCA part-qualified with experience taking ownership for the month-end accounting. SAP knowledge is essential, experience working for a consumer business is desirable. Previous experience working in a commercial finance role where you have had exposure to budgeting and forecasting is advantageous. You must be proactive in nature with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines ensuring that the work is done to a high standard.
In return for your hard work, you will be offered the opportunity to go permanent after 12 months and will be entitled to an excellent benefits package including a 10% bonus and 25 days holiday.
