Titan Ignite has an exciting opportunity for an Integration Manager (Junior Project Manager) to join us. You will have experience in a similar, project management role working within a fast paced environment. Ideally you will be from an Amazon Aggregator or E-Commerce background.

The key focus for this role is overseeing the integration of acquired brands, ensuring all departments and key stakeholders are communicated with regularly to ensure new brands are integrated successfully.

To be successful in this role you'll be confident with a wide range of internal/external stakeholders, have an organised and analytical approach while being able to identify process improvements.

This role is fully remote and we offer flexible hours (40 hours per week) to suit your lifestyle. Please note there is a requirement to work flexibly to align with other time zones.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Serves as the sponsor for operational process management, driving alignment between M&A, the sellers, and the OPS platform
• Ensures all departments are ready to integrate new brands successfully
• Works daily on improving systems
• Liaising with internal teams on a daily basis to ensure the projects and processes are continuously being built
• Serve as a point of contact for external and internal teams, driving clear chains of accountability across multiple teams involved in the onboarding process
• Operational knowledge with technical and analytical expertise to empower decision-making in a way that grows, improves and streamlines integration efforts

REQUIREMENTS

• Project Management experience in Amazon FBA/ECommerce
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Systems oriented. Can create processes that can be repeated at scale
• Ability to handle multiple projects and thrive in a very dynamic environment
• Solution focused attitude
• Mindmap (Whimsical) experience
• Proficient in Google Sheets

Salary: $30,000 per annum
