We have fantastic opportunity for an Account Manager to work alongside our dedicated Business Development Team where you will be reporting to the Head of Equipment Sales.

What you will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the relationship with new and existing customers.
  • Set meetings with new prospects to present and promote the products and drive the sales activities from prospecting to closure
  • Demonstrate products to their customers and support local and national marketing events.
  • Show and tell training
  • Assist with answering tenders
  • Account/Territory Planning
  • Sales Forecasting & Qualification
  • Ownership and Accountability of your target and territory

What skills and experience are we looking for?

  • Previous experience in Telecare, Social Alarms and the monitoring market would be desirable.
  • Proven track record of a successful account management.
  • Team player
  • Show initiative and energy
  • Highly motivated and results-driven
  • Good verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Understanding of the Analogue to Digital transition and Telecare market advantageous
  • Find solutions not problems
