The Role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and hungry Key Account Manager to drive our future growth by owning and managing a portfolio of customer accounts for KCS. This individual must be tenacious and have the ability to win new business and opportunities, as well as manage accounts, maximise opportunities and will play a key role in delivering significant growth for KCS.
This is an exciting fast-paced role that focuses on high level account management with large multi academy trusts at head office level where you will be required to conduct review meetings, present MI and solutions, as well as managing the schools within the trust on a local level, which will be across a defined territory to effectively account manage, to ensure KCS is their chosen, trusted supplier. The role is home based with a mix of field visits and over-the-phone/video selling
A key part of the role is to demonstrate why KCS are the best supplier that can meet the customer’s needs and provide them with value every single day. We need someone special to deliver this promise to our customers and to continually seek new opportunities and leads across the brands.As part of the Strategic Accounts team, Key Account Managers are critical in our WIN, GROW and KEEP strategy, therefore it is critical to be able to work as part of a successful and winning team. A key part of the role is to deliver exceptional levels of customer service to ensure customer retention.
A fully target driven role based on achieving results through managing a portfolio of large Multi Academy Trusts, KPIs, conversions of visit to sale and new customer acquisition supported with a monthly commission reward package. The role will be consultative, analytical and strategic.
