Umai Mi Bento Box is looking for Part-Time Front of Kitchen Team Members to join our Pan-Asian food outlet at Quorum Business Park. We’re looking to hire efficient, charismatic people who are quality-driven and willing to learn.

We aim to deliver fresh fast-paced foods suited to busy lifestyles,whether it’s a quick bite to sit in, or to grab something to eat on-the-go. Umai Mi will be serving quick, hot and cold food of the customer’s choosing, such as Hot Bento, Sushi Burrito & Poke Bowl.

Front of House Team Members will be required to serve and create personalised dishes in front of the customer, including serving Hot Bento food, rolling Sushi Burrito & making fresh Poke Bowls.

Our passion for food has inspired us to create new dishes for different lifestyles.Umai Mi first opened its first restaurant in Eldon Square, Newcastle upon Tyne,under the concept: Oriental Kitchen. The concept Umai Mi Bento Box was designed to cater to working professionals who need a quick bite before returning their duties.
