Are you experienced in selling land/development opportunities? Have you acted for a client selling their sites or successfully acquired sites for a buyer? Do you have experience in forming and developing great relationships with customers and colleagues? At KFH we are looking for a proactive and target motivated land and investment sales consultant to join the London Bridge based team. We’re looking for an individual that can collaborate with others, share their property knowledge and skills. You will report to our Land and New Homes Director.

Responsibilities of a Land and Investment Sales Consultant include:

  • Handling large scale enquiries from developers and land owners
  • Source and secure new development and land opportunities to sell
  • Identify and introduce clients to purchase land or new development opportunities
  • Negotiate offers with all parties
  • Exceptional relationship building with clients, land owners and solicitors
  • Understand and develop relationships with Housing Associations
  • Manage residential development and investment consultants to ensure the delivery of optimum service levels

The land and new homes market is a niche sales environment dealing with new builds, developments, investors, developers, buyers, solicitors and housing associations. This land and investment sales consultant position available at KFH is based in London Bridge, surrounded by over 60 residential branches across London.
