This is a key role in the Divisional Leadership Team (DLT) focused on leading and delivering the People, Workforce and Education agenda.
Working as a core member of the DLT, the post holder will provide leadership, direction and direct support within the Surgical Division. The post holder will work with key stakeholders both within and outside of the Division to foster greater wellbeing, develop leadership capacity, develop a safety culture, a culture of civility and embed a sense of shared ownership/responsibility and accountability across the division and all staff groups.
The post holder will quickly establish credibility, build and maintain excellent working relationships at all levels of the organisation, ensuring partnership working at all times and effectively bringing together programmes of work.

Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.

NUH will scan your ID and right to work documentation in to the Trust ID system at your face to face ID appointment. The system will run a check against the key security features within your documentation. The system will provide us with an outcome of your check which will be stored securely on your personal file along with all other pre-employment check documentation.
