Job description

Company: LawBite

This is an exciting opportunity within the UK’s most innovative and disruptive online legal platform, LawBite. LawBite is a law tech business revolutionising the legal industry and helping thousands of entrepreneurs and small business owners to start, grow and succeed through our online platform and expert legal advice. SMEs lose over £13 billion each year in the UK by failing to access clear and affordable legal advice – we aim to radically change this equation. We use the latest on-line tools and advanced data science to streamline the lawyer-client experience – delivering expert legal advice that is faster and easier to access, clearer to understand and commonly 50% the cost of comparable lawyers.

As a fully SRA regulated law firm (Lawbriefs Ltd), we are going through a period of fast dynamic growth and as we increasingly partner with large brands, we are experiencing even greater demand for LawBite services. We are looking for motivated key players to join the paralegal team to help support our expert lawyers and drive our client experience to the next level.

  • Managing all inactivity case alerts on paid matters and chasing lawyers and clients accordingly
  • Adhoc admin duties e.g., printing, posting, scanning, photocopying, filing
  • Managing the legal filing system in the office
