The role.

We are looking for experienced Live Chat Customer Agents who strive to deliver the best service possible to all our customers. The role will involve answering live web chat enquiries from customers who are looking to obtain a travel insurance policy, listening to and understanding their needs to ensure we are tailoring a policy correctly to meet their needs. You will deal with all calls in a timely and professional manner.

You will be acting as first contact within our digital operations and will be responsible for dealing with the day-to-day enquiries from customers via live web chat, email, social media, and WhatsApp across all our travel brands.

  • Answer product and cover queries from Customers via live chat, email, WhatsApp and social media.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service on every email and chat to exceed customer expectations and provide the best customer experience possible.
  • Support and guide customers to remain in an online journey
  • Deflect telephone calls from the call centre
  • Identify opportunities to enhance the customer experience or internal processes and feed back to relevant team and stakeholder

You will be:

  • Experienced using Zendesk or similar online platforms
  • Able to demonstrate your skills with Microsoft packages
  • Someone who likes to be busy
  • Enthusiastic
  • Driven and keen to learn
  • Someone who likes to talk to people and build customer relationships
  • Someone who has excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Able to problem solve and to work in a fast-paced environment

To be considered for this role you will have experience working in a customer focused environment and be brilliant when it comes to building rapport with our customers because you will be actively responding to their needs to ensure the customer is getting the product they require.
