Recra are working in partnership with a worldwide leader in the design, manufacture, and supply of engineering solutions. We are looking for a Machine Operatives to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis.

Hours:
  • Weekend Shift: Saturday and Sunday working 6am to 6pm

The Role:
The successful applicants will effectively and efficiently operate machine tools, ensuring the company’s product lines conform to quality standards and in accordance with the specified Engineering Drawing, whilst maintaining daily production targets.

Main duties include:
  • Operate & Set Machine Tools.
  • Check & examine products.
  • Correctly and accurately use handheld measuring equipment.
  • Identify quality issues.
  • Hit daily production targets.
  • Keep the machine/workstation tidy and free from slips, trips, and falls.
  • To act professionally in accordance with the company policies and procedures.

Desired Skills and Qualifications:
  • Be reliable and hard-working.
  • Be familiar with CNC Machine Tools and measuring equipment.
  • Be able to read and interpret Engineering Drawings.
  • Be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Full training will be given.
