Overview:
Guardian are recruiting for a brand new Marketing Assistant to assist the marketing department with planning, campaigns, events, and a wide range of activities to drive awareness and interest in the brand and boost sales from the Financial Adviser community.

This role requires a candidate who is organised, can manage their own time, keen to work under pressure, and they must be flexible and adaptable to change. The role will be extremely varied, from managing literature requests from our sales team, to assisting with the running of internal and external events and helping with the development of all marketing collateral and campaigns.

Some of your key responsibilities within this role would be to:
  • Assist the marketing team, and the wider proposition team, with the daily running of the team.
  • Providing administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programmes
  • Event logistics support for Strategic Partner and industry events
  • Manage the team invoice process – tracking, logging and managing all invoices
  • Ensure all marketing collateral remains compliant – running regular reports and arranging approvals using our ‘Guardian approval system’
