Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Salary: £20k-£30k

Location: Remote

We are currently looking for an experienced and motivated Marketing Assistant to join the marketing team of this rapidly growing health and beauty company. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing and supporting marketing initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.

Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns to promote products, services, and initiatives.

Create and edit marketing materials, including brochures, emails, website content, and social media posts.

Liaise with external partners and vendors to secure marketing materials and services.

Monitor and provide feedback on the performance of marketing campaigns.

Manage and maintain the company’s website and social media accounts.

Analyse customer feedback and identify areas for improvement.

Generate reports on marketing activity and metrics.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.

Proven experience in a similar role.

Strong understanding of digital marketing and digital media channels.

Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills.

Knowledge of analytics and tracking tools.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Highly organised with excellent time management skills.
