About the role

This role will contribute to successfully delivering content for campaigns and communications within the Marketing Communications Team, delivered to a high standard, to timescale constraints and aligned to region and global objectives.

Core responsibilities

You are likely to work on a portfolio of different projects and will apply your acquired skills and knowledge in a range of environments. Your role will develop as your knowledge of our business and technical skill increases. Tasks typically include:

  • Ensuring all prepared marketing and communications content is of high-quality standard and compliant to client requirements using InDesign application
  • Assisting in the production process by liaising with contributors from all levels of the organisation
  • Assisting in proofreading and editing content to ensure they follow GHD standards for accuracy, quality writing, marketing focus and brand
  • Assisting in the development and maintenance of resource support content
  • Updating GHD’s marketing collaterals on a timely basis
  • Assisting in the organisation of promotional events and traditional or digital campaigns with possible attendance to support and facilitate their success
  • Preparing and delivering promotional presentations
  • Assisting in composing and posting online content on the GHD's website and social media accounts
  • Performing other duties as assigned to ensure the success of the team and the entire organisation
Skills, experience and qualifications
