Vacancy – Marketing Manager

Location - Mostly Remote (Needs to be based in Glasgow or Ayrshire and able to drive to meetings with clients across Scotland)

Working Hours - Full-time Monday-Friday

We have brought onboard some incredible businesses and due to our recent growth we are looking to attract a talented Marketing Manager who will bring a wealth of experience and skills to the team. The perfect individual will be bursting with creative energy and ideas, have a proven background of gaining marketing focused results from previous campaigns they have ran and have a great social presence as they will work closely with our team and our clients.

The main purpose of this role is to plan and execute marketing campaigns for ourself and our clients that are bursting with unique ideas and achieve the intended goals!

Responsibilities:

• Campaign planning including research, ideation, reviewing reports, amending strategy, content shoot plans and goal setting.
• Preparing monthly campaigns including social media, email marketing, paid ads and more. This will include light graphic design, copywriting and video editing.
• Executing monthly campaigns including management of paid ads campaigns mainly Facebook/Instagram and Google PPC.
• Preparing monthly reports.
• Create and update client marketing strategies as needed.
• Liaise and manage our freelance team.
• Attending monthly client meetings and client content shoots along with the managing director to support plans moving forward.
• Attending monthly team meetings focused on developing our own marketing strategy, gaining ideas for progression from the team.

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years in a similar position.
• Must have positive results and experience running marketing campaigns including the following: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Google PPC ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, TikTok Ads, email marketing campaigns, and offline marketing inc. PR and events.
• Previous experience of running campaigns on Pinterest, LinkedIn paid ads, Snapchat and Twitter is desired although not essential.
• Preferably also have experience and skills in website editing and SEO, but this is also not essential.
• Must be passionate about marketing and have an interest in channel development updates and social media trends. This person needs to be up to date with changes across all platforms.
• Must have a drive to complete their work to a high standard, have a positive attitude and be flexible to work to short deadlines.

Salary: £27,000.00-£36,000.00 per year
