About The Role

You will be part of a collaborative team who pride themselves in providing a high quality, accurate and prompt service to their hospital colleagues and patients alike. Reporting to Team Leader Lisa, you will be situated within the Medical Records team, working 7.5 hours per day to total 37.5 hours per week. Occasional Saturdays may be required.
This role is a split role working 20 hours per week in medical records and 17.5 hours with the diagnostic admin team. When working for diagnostics you may be required to work cross site at Havant to cover any sickness or annual leave.

About You

You will be confident completing tasks that include, preparing patient files for patient appointments, scanning and filing documents, data entry for the retention of records, for which you will apply good housekeeping systems and excellent attention to detail. You will be responsible for managing the records within the General Data Protection Regulation guidelines.

Be prepared for busy days and an element of manual handling while supporting colleagues across the two floors of the hospital.
