About the role

We are looking for a full-time (Motion) Graphic Designer to help set the CRM and Performance Marketing teams up for success going forward. We are looking for a mix of great graphic design and motion design skills to help us create outstanding static visuals and great-looking animations.

What you will do

• You will be closely working with the CRM Manager and will also receive design requests from the Performance Marketing team.
• Your creations will be used in various marketing channels such as email, web pop-up modals, other types of in-app communication (sliders, content cards, banners), push notifications, landing pages, and ads.
• To accomplish a task, you’ll work with VEED’s in-house designers (for general context), a copywriter, the CRM Manager, and the Performance Marketing Manager.
• Our design practice is as much about the business impact as it is about the customer, so we are looking for someone who is open to constructive criticism and is ready to test different ideas to help us improve the customer experience and positively impact business growth.

About you

• 3+ years of experience working with tools like Figma, Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Animate, or similar tools.
• Worked on successful CRM, marketing, or brand design projects and made them even better
• Have a keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Have a passion for graphic and motion design with pride to deliver high-quality work
• Effectively collaborate with our marketing and growth folks to translate the marketing message into easy-to-grasp and beautiful visuals.
• Can take ownership of all aspects of the design process and work under light supervision
