The applicant should hold appropriate NPTC certificates and ideally have 2 years experience and a driving licence.

Managing the sales pipeline for housing clients, writing statements of work, responding to tenders keeping in close contact with prospects and clients.

Answering customer calls, and recording and disseminating leads; Assisting with customer queries using a customer helpdesk; An eye for detail and accuracy.
