We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Early Years Practitioner/Nursery Nurse to join our friendly and supportive team.

We are looking for candidates who are committed to providing the very best care and education to children, through outstanding interactions, meeting each child's needs to the highest level, working with parents and providing interesting experiences which further each child's learning and development.

Candidates will have a minimum level 3 childcare qualification. Level 2 qualified practitioners are welcome to apply providing they are willing to undertake a level 3 qualification.

Senior positions are available to candidates who display the attributes required to share their excellent practice to enhance others.

We will be looking for the following skills and attributes

-A friendly, caring and committed disposition.

-Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage in quality interactions with children, parents, other professionals and staff.

-The ability to work as part of a team as well as show initiative in carrying out individual tasks.

-A thorough understanding of child development and the EYFS.

-The ability to provide age appropriate activities that reflect the interests and learning style of a small group of children.

-A good understanding of safeguarding issues including your role in identifying, recording and reporting concerns.

-A willingness to learn, develop new skills, and attend on-going training.
