At AXA Health we're looking for an Occupational Health Advisor to join our Occupational Health Team. You'll work from home with no requirement to travel. This is a 12-month fixed term contract / secondment. 37.5 hours / 5 days per week. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you'll make a tangible and lasting difference to people's lives every day. As an Occupational Health Advisor, you’ll undertake case management referrals over the phone and create pragmatic management advice letters. No health surveillance work is required. This role is 100% home based with no requirement to travel.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Play a vital role in the health and wellbeing of client’s employees and use your clinical skills to provide expert assessments and the right solutions to match the client's needs
  • Pre-employment health assessments and new starter health questionnaires - only 6 cases/day with protected admin time
  • Undertake case management by phone producing high standard and quality management advice reports
  • You will be provided with support, training and development to thrive in your role

Qualifications

  • Qualified or Registered Nurse
  • Current or previous experience of case management and management referrals within an Occupational Health setting
  • Diploma or degree in Occupational Health is not essential

As a precondition of employment for this role, you must be eligible and authorised to work in the United Kingdom.
