Our client is looking for an administrator to join their team to cover maternity leave, HOWEVER there is a strong likelihood that this will go permanent. The company looks after residential blocks of houses and apartments.

  • 7 month FTC
  • Working from home!! Flexible with hours for childcare etc.
  • £23,000 - £25,000 per annum
  • Monday - Friday, 9-5

Responsibilities:

  • Updating online system
  • Dealing with customers on the phone
  • Responding to leaseholders emails and requests
  • Organising contractors and making payments to contractors
  • Liaising with accounting team
  • Chasing late payments and working with debt recovery team

Skills and Experience Required:

  • Self-motivated
  • Diligent
  • Able to work on your own
  • MUST HAVE 1 YEAR SIMILAR EXPERIENCE
