We are currently looking for a Office Assistant to support our small but very busy office. You should have previous administrative experience and ensure a high level of administrative support is given. You should be an excellent organizer and communicator with a proactive and friendly attitude, it is also important to have a meticulous and thorough nature and the maturity to handle a range of situations. The ability to multi task and have a flexible approach to work as well as working well under pressure in a small but busy office. A useful knowledge in transport and vehicles would be an advantage.
