Duties
Responsible for onboarding Deel customers around the world, dealing with complex onboarding documentation
Managing workload independently and efficiently and within SLAs
Providing a high quality service to customers and internal teams, prioritizing work accurately under pressure to meet specific onboarding deadlines.
Escalating issues to the internal teams as required
Learning new processes and rules quickly, and being adaptable to meet the needs of the business
Identify potential process or product gaps, and support the business operations in streamlining the onboarding processes on a global level.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in customer service or KYC/onboarding
Knowledge of ID documentation and other relevant onboarding documentation
Strong analytical skills: identify, scope and resolve complex onboarding issues
Experience using JIRA, Zendesk, Intercom or other ticketing tools is a plus
You can balance attention to detail with swift execution and are able to stay focused when supporting multiple tasks simultaneously.
Fluent in English. Another language is a plus.
