Onboarding & Vetting

In this role you will provide an outstanding onboarding applicant experience, handholding the applicant through our Onboarding process ensuring they are fully compliant and able to start working for our NHS Trusts as quickly as possible.

Responsibilities include:

  • To assess and resolve all enquires and requests on the telephone, but by all other channels of communication, providing a world class customer service with first point resolution, unless specialist knowledge or further investigation is required.
  • Participate in the Onboarding process of our Bank Members by checking all documentation and ensuring it meets NHS Professionals compliance requirements.
  • Handhold net new candidates through the Onboarding process ensuring all the are fully compliant to NHS/DBS & framework compliance standards before they start working bank shifts.
  • To actively represent the customer throughout the organisation ensuring continuous improvement, highlighting any unusual events or trend and feeding back information to other team members and Team Managers
  • Utilising personal knowledge gained from training, databases to ensure accuracy of information and efficiency when dealing with customers
  • Develop a good understanding of the organisation, its operations and deliverables and ensure compliance with NHS Professionals policies and procedures within work remit
  • Support the creation, development and maintaining of relationships with Bank Members and internal NHS Professionals departments through polite and cooperative communications to help support collaborative working

Qualifications and Knowledge:

  • The qualifications you will need is GCSE Maths and English 4/C+ and/or Experience in a customer facing role.

Experience:

  • Experience in working within a compliance environment is preferable. You will need customer service experience and experience in sending emails, taking calls, webchats etc.

Skills:

  • The skills that you would require for this job is, to be able to show determination and commitment to meeting deadlines & KPIs, the ability to work under pressure and respects the opinion of other listening to views and perspective & the ability to operate with an understanding of all required compliance legislation Also be able to manage own pipeline of candidates from the start of Onboarding to Work Ready. Lastly, follows procedures accurately and upskill to support other teams across the business.
