Are you the super organised and experienced administrator we are looking for to play a key role in our growing business?

This exciting and challenging role is full of variety and some of the duties will include:

  • Diary management for the CEO and COO.
  • Arranging internal and external meetings.
  • Taking minutes.
  • Arranging team events.
  • Answering calls to the office number and relaying messages and getting to know our clients.
  • Checking the post and distributing it.
  • Other general administrative support.

The role also presents the opportunity to become involved in more in-depth work such as:

  • Working with HR and helping to onboard new colleagues.
  • Carrying out fee checks across our platforms.
  • Helping to draft paperwork and maintaining records and HMRC submissions.
  • Maintaining registers.
  • Monitoring IT equipment.
  • Providing support with other Finance, HR and Compliance functions.

Essential Skills

  • Experienced all round administrator any background considered.
  • Methodical and impeccable organisational and administrative skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sensitive to confidential needs.
  • Able to engage and communicate with people.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
  • Willing to get stuck in and embrace the variety of the role.
  • Happy and set-up to work from home and travel to London once a week, more often if needed.
