Role Overview

Our club plus members are at the heart of what we do, so exceptional customer service and driving member loyalty is our main priority. To play an essential role in delivering this we are looking for an Operations Expert to join our team. Your Duties will involve supervising stock processes and procedures, maintaining the retail stock and financial systems (Mercatus and D365), highlighting key issues to relevant staff and management, monitor and maintaining scanning issues, processing stock transactions such as transfers, wastage and goods receipts, reviewing the customer order system, participating in store stock takes and any other duties associated with a retail environment.
