Primary focus
As the Operations Manager, your primary focus is to deliver business growth through strategic management techniques whilst maintaining robust compliance of external contractual agreements varying from the NHS to private clients.
Responsibilities
  • Ability to work independently in a high-pressured environment whilst maintaining a professional approach
  • Demonstrable understanding of how to manage, prioritize, plan and execute the branch's workload and effectively hit sales targets
  • Ability to plan future sales opportunities/pipeline
  • To clearly outline the external recruitment needs in order to meet provision targets
  • Driving business growth through clear, individualized management techniques and PDP’s
  • The upskilling and development of team members in-line with company ethos and values
  • The ability to set objectives in realistic timeframes in line with seasonal Audit patterns
