Job Title: Operations Manager
Base Location: Slinfold (Horsham) West Sussex
Salary: Upto 68K + car /car allowance + performance-related bonus) + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

What will I be doing in this role?
We’re looking for an Operations Manager to join the Highway Electrical team.
This role will involve the day to day project management of a large Highway Electrical PFI contract in the county of West Sussex. The role will also involve the development of new business in that region and surrounding areas. As part of this role you will also play a key role in promoting a first class safety culture. Key to the success of this role will be to set high expectations with your staff and ensure that key monthly financial and reporting targets are met. This role is a great opportunity for you to showcase your personality and developed your team in the below areas.

• Project Management
• Financial control of large PFI contracts
• Senior reporting to managers
• Providing technical assistance where required
• Good commercial awareness
• Client relationship management

What do I need to be successful in the role?

• Proven project management skills
• MS Office skills
• Highway Electrical experience
• Diligent and good analytical skills
