Who are we?

The MSP Marketing Edge is the leading marketing provider for MSPs (Managed Service Providers) / IT support providers worldwide.

They sign up to our monthly membership and we provide them with all of the marketing tools and content they need to get new clients.

We currently have over 700 members worldwide.

Why do we want to set up a VA company?

The next big step for us is to provide our members with VA services to help them implement the content we provide.

We originally thought the best way to do this was by buying a VA company. But we couldn’t find exactly what we wanted and have decided to now start from scratch…

That’s why we want to employ a new Operations Manager to help us set everything up and manage the company, our VAs and our clients for us.

More about you

We’re ideally looking for someone who has experience setting up or running a VA company. Or a similar service-based business. But we’re not going to judge you if this hasn’t worked out – there’s more lessons in failure than in success after all.

Or alternatively, your experiences may have been great and you’re just looking for a new challenge.

We’re open minded about this.

What we can offer you

You will join the best team ever (yes, we are maybe biased) who all share the same flexibility, autonomy and sense of purpose that you will enjoy.

This is a fully remote role. Most of our team are working parents and everyone is remote. There is no office.

It does not matter where you live or if you work around children or some other commitment. So long as you can easily achieve results.

You will definitely need to be available during the UK working day (9am to 5pm) Mondays to Fridays for meetings etc.

And most importantly, it’s a full-time position so you’ll have the security of an employed position.
