Operations Manager Wanted (IN HOUSE ROLE)

We’re seeking an Operations Manager to help us deliver exceptional results for our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and streamlining the day-to-day operations of our agency, while also providing support and mentorship to the team.

What will I be doing?

  • Client Reporting and Analysis: Generate monthly time and study reports for clients, and conduct detailed discussions with the board to ensure the company is informed of areas where clients may be over or under-serviced.
  • Process Development and Maintenance: Continuously improve and develop processes, maintain policies, and provide support to line managers in creating personal development plans for the team.
  • Communication and Coordination: Hold ad hoc meetings with the Managing Director, and facilitate clear communication among team members, clients, and stakeholders.
  • Administrative and Operational Support: Ensure tracking sheets are updated regularly, conduct staff inductions and training, approve or disapprove payments, holidays, and payment to third parties, report staff absences, run Monday morning team meetings, and manage payroll and commission statements.
  • Project and Client Management: Oversee project management within Asana, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, and handle client off-boardings and escalations.
  • Budget and Financial Management: Oversee the budgeting and financial management of the agency, including cost control and financial reporting.
  • Performance Monitoring and Improvement: Monitor the performance of the agency and campaigns, stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and continuously review and improve operational processes and procedures.
  • Risk Management and Compliance: Identify and mitigate potential risks to the agency, ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards, and implement contingency plans as necessary.
  • Problem Solving and Decision Making: Address operational issues and challenges using critical thinking and problem-solving skills, and make informed decisions regarding resource allocation and project management.
  • Talent Management and Leadership: Recruit, train, and retain high-performing team members, and foster a positive and productive work environment.
  • Reporting and Communication: Prepare regular reports on operational performance and progress, and communicate key metrics and insights to stakeholders.
  • Recruitment: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring the agency has the necessary talent to meet its goals and objectives.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
