easyJet flies on more of Europe’s most popular routes than any other airline and carried more than 96 million passengers in 2019 – more than 16 million travelling for business. The airline has over 300 aircraft on nearly 1000 routes to more than 150 airports across 35 countries. Over 300 million Europeans live within one hour's drive of an easyJet airport.

As a data analyst on the Operations Performance & Analysis team, you will be responsible for providing analytical support to the wider team and delivering data reports and products to key stakeholders. You will be working with a cutting-edge data platform and have the opportunity to redesign legacy analytics tools into a modern, cloud-based era.

The team is part of the Operations Planning & Delivery department, whose key purpose is to develop and deliver the schedule and flying program, from long-term planning to on-the-day controlling. The department includes teams that focus on rostering, crewing, training, fleet delivery, fleet optimization, crew optimization, leave, business change, hotel and travel, long-term planning, and the ICC.

As a data analyst, your main responsibilities will be to build and maintain data products, ensure consistent delivery of all required on-time performance and network disruption reporting, cleaning data, identifying and recommending data improvements within the department, writing code with good documentation standards, and supporting the wider department in solving day-to-day problems via data solutions. These tasks will be carried out to support the team's goals and objectives and to ensure the overall data quality is enhanced. Your work will help key stakeholders to make data-driven decisions and improve the efficiency and performance of the department.
