Job title: Opportunities in HR – HR Business Partner/HR Associate

Location: Barrow-In-Furness. We offer a range of hybrid and flexible working arrangements - please speak to your recruiter about the options for this particular role.

Salary: £35,000 - £50,000 dependant on skills and experience

What you’ll be doing:

• Providing advice to our function and programmes, working in collaboration with other HR Business Partners and Line Managers
• Supporting the deployment of people processes, covering areas such as Employee Relations, Talent Management, Resourcing, Performance Management, Early Careers, Learning and Development and Organisational Design and Development
• Providing operational advice on a variety of employment and performance issues and supporting business change initiatives based on business requirements
• Opportunity to support complex business activities
• Working in collaboration with the appropriate Centre of Expertise for the provision of expert advice on people policies

Your skills and experiences:

Essential:

• CIPD – working towards and/or qualified
• Previous HR experience

Desirable:

• CIPD Level 5/7
• Experience of working within a large, matrix organisation
