Organisation Design Manager
Location: Newbury or London, Hybrid working
Role Purpose:
Lead operating model and organisational design activities across Vodafone UK and with Vodafone Group where applicable.
What will you be doing?
Lead the operating model design for key strategic initiatives within the UK by:
o Developing detailed organisational designs including organisational structures, sizing, team interfaces, accountabilities, location and governance
o Providing recommendations on other aspects of the operating model where applicable, including system and process changes
- Engage with business leaders and their teams to develop operating model designs that meet the needs of our business and our customers
- Work with HR teams to implement organisational changes across Vodafone UK
- Provide organisational design expertise and coaching to business and HR colleagues as required
- Develop organisational design methodologies / best practices, working in close collaboration with Vodafone Group
- Build visibility of organisational design activities happening across Vodafone UK and Vodafone Group, ensure inter-dependencies are understood and managed
Who are we looking for?
Significant OD experience deployed in large complex organisations- Impact and influence – ability to influence senior stakeholders, working across the UK organisation but also with Group and other markets as necessary
- Coaching – ability to coach and work collaboratively with business and HR colleagues
- Strong analytical skills and strategic thinking – credibility in expertise
- Very strong presentation and communication skills – verbal and written. Ability to simplify complex data and concepts
- Highly competent with MS PowerPoint presentations and MS Excel data analysis
- Management consulting experience – preferred
- CIPD or similar professional qualifications – favourable
