Job Description :

Due to our ongoing growth and expansion plans, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a talented and individual to join our team in a crucial role to provide administrative and hands on support across both the HR and executive functions of the business.

This role will prove to be crucial in the smooth running of the departments, ensuring that the need for resources is well managed and that the senior management team possess all the necessary tools in a timely fashion to complete their work.

Your Role and Responsibilities

While in this position your duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Playing a key role in the recruitment processes of the business, online searches, onboarding, contract preparation and documentation and handling right to work checks.
  • Managing the employee leaver process including conducting exit surveys and relevant paperwork
  • Handling a range of administrative and support duties, including liaising with office suppliers, organising lunches for the team, arranging meetings and other ad-hoc duties
  • Completing PA duties for the Executive, senior management team, with tasks including making travel arrangements, with accommodation and transport, processing expenses and arranging meetings

What you will need to Apply:

For this opportunity, we are seeking proactive and highly diligent candidates, who have an interest in Human Resources. It would be advantageous, but not a requirement, for the candidate to posses some HR experience, in order to have an understanding of the function. Working with confidential information and to the highest standards of discretion are essential for success in this role so demonstration of previous roles at this level would be an advantage.

Salary is negotiable and will depend on the level of relevant PA experience and whether any HR related experience is held

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £20,319.00-£21,450.00 per year
