Job Title: Part Time Driver

Location: St Helens with travel around the Northwest

Salary: £10.00 per hour

Hours of work: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 2.30pm

This role is an internal group driving role which begins each day at our St Helens branch and then deliveries are made to each branch on a rota basis. This role is key to ensuring all internal deliveries including parts are made to other branches in a timely manner with care and attention. A company vehicle will be provided to make the deliveries.

Role Requirements

• Experience of working within a similar role and confident driving skills in addition to good time management to ensure deliveries are made in line with the rota.
• Honesty and trustworthiness are essential as handling of money is part of the role at times.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, to ensure that all deliveries are made to the correct employees and collections are made from multiple locations in each branch.
• Experience of health and safety compliancy would be advantage as this role may require some heavy lifting of parcels.
• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to build professional relationships with colleagues at each branch.
• Responsibility for the cleanliness of the company vehicle used for deliveries.
• A full Driving Licence, eligible to drive in the UK, with no more than 6 points is essential for this position as you will be responsible for making deliveries to all branches.
