Attend project meetings and support project managers and business stakeholders where required to ensure successful project outcomes.

Answering (out of hours) incoming telephone calls and directing the call to the appropriate person. Ensuring all Drivers and Visitors adhere to H&S regulations

Answering and directing calls to appropriate parties, taking messages. Reading and analysing submissions, letters, agendas, memos and determining significance;

Experience of working in the NHS would be an advantage, but not essential as full training will be given.

Must have full-clean driving licence. Ideal for retired person or person with school children. 2 days per week (Thursday and Friday).
