Legends are made, not born – so we’ll invest in your soft skills development and help you understand a bit more about yourself. You’ll come away with stronger skills, and greater knowledge about what a career in the People team could offer you after you graduate. What’s more, this is your opportunity to commit to your people-led ambitions, as we commit to you through general and specialist training.
You don’t need a specific degree or background to join the People team, but it’s helpful if you’re the curious, analytical type. Because the success of our HR relies on changemakers with a passion to push boundaries. Changemakers like you.
