Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Peoplesoft consultant who has a solid understanding of Peoplesoft HR. This is a functional role, but a technical understanding would be a bonus.

Requirements of the Role
  • Implement single-sign-on in PeopleSoft HR using web-server exit.
  • Develop custom interfaces, batch programs using JCL, SQR, app engine and component interfaces to integrate PeopleSoft with Kronos, Ceridian Payroll, JDA WMS(SaaS based) and Kenexa and enhanced existing BAU processes.
  • Tune several Mainframe jobs to enhance performance and reduce MIPS.
  • Develop and implement Holiday Payment process
  • Improve several BAU processes by eliminating manual interventions.
  • Manage a team of 5 offshore associates and act as the point-of-contact the team from on-shore.

  • Payroll for North America (including Time & Labour, Benefits, Taxes),
  • Global Payroll, Absence management,
  • Payroll Interface,

  • Global Mobility also CRM & EPM

This is initially a 6 month contract Outside IR35 offer remote working.
