About the role:

This role can be home based (within England and Wales) or at one of Victim Support's offices.

The purpose of this role is to lead on the production of local and regional performance and quality data reports, helping to provide insight into service delivery, drive improvement and accurately represent service users and their experiences. This role plays a vital part in increasing understanding of victims' support journey and driving best practice.

As a Performance & Data Analyst you will:

  • lead on the production of performance & quality data reports to drive improvement
  • meet commissioners' requirements & accurately represent service users experiences
  • improve oversight of performance & data quality to inform best practice
  • work in partnership with Area Managers & Services Directors to support evidence based decision-making and resource planning
  • drive improvements in the clarity, consistency, accuracy & reliability of data and reports

You will need:

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of reporting & using statistical packages
  • Ability to work as part of a team & build relationships with internal & external stakeholders
  • An innovative & collaborative approach
  • The ability to identify improvements & drive high performance
