Delivering on the care needs of all our services users is central to what we do, and all our staff receive support and training in meeting their responsibilities.

Job responsibities

As a Care Quality Commission (CQC) registered provider, Mount Hill Care is regulated to deliver personal care services to older adults above 65. The main duties of this role are supporting the company Registered Manager in meeting all regulatory compliance requirements under the key lines of enquiry, and record managing information on the digital care management system PASS.

You will also be expected to monitor the weekly staff rota and availability of the care staff, and undertake other administrative tasks such as taking and making business related phones calls, reviewing and responding to correspondence, marketing and organising training for staff.

You will be flexible, have good communication skills, MS Office proficient with general administrative experience.

This is a remote working role ( work from home) until further notice.

About You

You will have at least 6 months administration experience preferably in social care.

You will have either GCSE or A level qualifications.

MS Office proficient and able to use other software.

It will be necessary that you are resident in the West Essex area for the purpose of face to face meetings with the Registered Manager.

We are currently looking for an experienced Personal Assistant to work with our staff members in a number of different areas. The ideal candidate has a background in business as well as a strong interest in interpersonal communication, and will be responsible for performing tasks such as scheduling appointments, organisational assistance, and other miscellaneous tasks that our staff members need help with.

Responsibilities:

  • Processes, organizes, and archives documents and records.
  • Manage a calendar of daily activities.

Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 20 per week

Salary: £15.00 per hour
