Working at the heart of the organisation, the Personal Assistant role plays an important part in supporting the Chief Executive and Deputy Chief Executive with day-to-day administrative support by providing essential diary and email management, ensuring they are fully prepared for meetings, writing papers and reports and handling a variety of correspondence on their behalf.
The Personal Assistant will also have the opportunity to support the wider Senior Leadership Team with various projects and administrative tasks and will support the Company Secretary with administrative duties required for our Board of Trustees, including minute taking and agenda preparation.
