Location:

Whilst this role is remote, it is critical that the individual is located in / around Windsor, Berkshire to facilitate for in-person catchup meetings.

Overview:

We are looking for a responsible Personal Assistant to provide personalised secretarial and administrative support in a well-organised and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the Directors working life.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

· Reporting to senior management and performing secretarial and administrative duties.

· Observing best business practices and etiquette.

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with both internal and external clients.

· Computer proficiency (MS Office – Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, whilst maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service

Ability to work independently and carry out projects from initiation to completion within the parameters of instructions given.

Education and/or Work Experience Requirements:

· Knowledge of back-office management systems and procedures

· MS Office and English proficiency

· Outstanding organisational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritise workload

Desirable Attributes:

· Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant.

Typical Tasks:

· Following up outstanding debt with clients.

· Managing internal projects associated with our websites and IT systems (please note this role does not require technical knowledge but project management skills)

· Performing monthly backup tests, email audits

· Producing project specifications for consultants

· Following up consultants when projects have not been closed correctly.

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 16 per week

Salary: From £240.00 per week
