The role:
As a PMO Analyst, you will need to understand the day-to-day deliverables of the project, provide support and work closely and flexibly with the delivery team and wider Command centre team.
Responsibilities:
Support overall project and operations team in enablement of new project workforce
Be a clear link between different teams within the project ensuring actions are completed timely and efficiently
New Joiner assets & technical support
Managing Governance deliverables
Governance Meeting minutes and action tracking
Responsible for production and management of the RAID Log
Management & production of reporting requirements aligned to the statement of work
Assist with Client invoicing and submissions
Raising of PR/PO’s when required
Escalate issues to management which cannot be resolved at the program/project level
Ensure the project stakeholders' expectations are understood and managed
Manage remote relationships and coordinate work between different teams
Experience & Qualifications:
PMO experience in a fast-paced environment required
Experience in developing and managing project reporting, tools and processes
Strong relationship management, communication and influencing skills
Highly organised approach to work
Exceptional communication skills
Excellent active listening skills
Ability to clearly articulate messages to a variety of audiences
Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships
Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal
Flexible and adaptable working approach
Problem solving and root cause identification skills
A team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others
Intermediate Excel, PowerPoint, and Microsoft office
SharePoint experience desirable
