POSITION: Process ANALYST INTERN

We are looking for a Process Analyst Intern to join our Service Growth analytics team to facilitate custom analysis related to both Operational Excellence and SIOP (Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning).

OVERVIEW:

The primary areas of involvement:

• Engage operational and functional teams to identify formal and informal process activities
• Map existing commercial and operational processes
• Gather relevant process performance metrics to identify current performance levels and track improvement
• Identify and recommend process improvements
• Map future state processes
• Build change plans to implement process improvement
• Leverage lean and six sigma tools and principles
• Use change management tactics to engage and influence stakeholders

PREFERRED DEGREE BACKGROUND:

• Engineering
• Computer Science
• Math Sciences
• Business
